Martial Arts in Alameda-FITNESS SUMMER CAMP!

Sergio Silva and the instructors of Team Silva Jiu-Jitsu academy are about to start a fitness jiu-jitsu boot camp that will involve Brazilian jiu-Jitsu(BJJ),Submission Wrestling,Mixed Martial Arts,Yoga,Boxing,Self-defense,Ginastica Natural,Judo and much more.

The summer camp will be for kids,teens and adults-EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

First session it will start June 7th-June 18th
We will have classes starting at 7am-8am and 8am to 9am.
Regular classes from 12-1pm.
Classes from 5pm-6pm , 6pm-8pm , 8pm-9pm.

Typical Schedule:
7am-8am:BJJ Drills or Yoga
8am-9am:BJJ sparring session
12pm-1:30pm:Technical training
5pm-6pm:Submission Wrestling Training or MMA
6pm-7:30:BJJ level 1 and 2.
7:30-9pm-Fight Team Training or Team Building training or Judo or Muay Thai

Morning classes will involve Mixed Martial Arts,running at the beach and plyometrics as a conditioning.
Technical aspects when coming back from the conditining.

The second Session will start August 16th-27th.
**Schedule will be subject to change.**

Cost:$250 dollars a week.
